Pre-requisites:

Candidates must be

• currently residing in Pune or should be able to arrange their own accommodation before joining
• must be ready to join immediately
• have their own motorcycle / scooter

Earning (During Training / Probation):

• Candidates with no experience / non-relevant experience will be paid a stipend of Rs. 7,500/- per month for initial 6 months of training period. In addition candidates will get a Post Paid SIM + Petrol Allowance + upto 5 % of the Order Value as cash incentive under running Incentive Scheme for 6 months Training Period
• Candidates with related / relevant experience will be paid Fixed Salary of Rs. 15,000/- per month. In addition candidates will get a Post Paid SIM + Petrol Allowance + upto 5 % of the Order Value as cash incentive under our incentive scheme for the 6 months of Probation Period.

Earnings (Post Training / Probation):

On successful completion of training /  probation, the candidates will be absorbed on company's payroll and can expect a package of Rs. 2.4 Lakhs to Rs. 4. 5 Lakhs + Cash Incentives or Incentives in kind such as but not limited to company car, company accommodation, etc.

Work profile:

1. Responsible marketing our Enterprise Resource eXecution (ERX)Software Products & Computing Devices on turnkey project basis to Automotive, Engineering, ecommerce, Logistics & Supply Chain organizations and Large Retail Formats.
2. All our selling is B2B at M.D. / CEO / Vice President / General Manager Levels of ET / BT 500 companies.
3. Candidates must be ready to travel 10-15 days in month to major industrial hubs in India.
4. Plan & execute events such as Road shows, Seminars and Workshops.
5. Prepare Marketing Plans & Strategies for direct and partner organizations.
