Job Role: Management Trainee - Business Development
Job Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities:
· Create prospective client database as per geography, industry segment for call center and non-voice outsourcing services
· Make cold calls,identify prospects and generate leads for call center services
· Connect with prospective clients via call, email, LinkedIn, industry exhibitions etc.
· Introduce the company and range of services to prospective clients
· Identify outsourcing requirements and help in creating solutions and sales proposals
· Manage inbound sales inquiries
· Maintain required sales reports and MIS and present to the management
Skills and Qualifications:
· MBA / PGDM (preferably in Sales and/or marketing)
· Good verbal and written communication skills (English)
· Ability to engage and get past gatekeepers to talk to key decision makers and C Level Executives and set sales meetings (online or offline)
· Should be able to create sales proposals and presentations (Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word)
