• 60 days of extensive training and On the job Experience program
• Classroom training.
• On the job training along with customer interactions

Work Schedule for this program:

• 9 hours shift
• 6 day working
• Shift and week offs decided by Managers .
• Potential employment opportunity on full-time basis

Stipend And Benefits:

• Monthly Fixed: INR 16,000
• Monthly variable: INR 2000
• Prorated amount is paid basis your date of Joining

Monthly Variable pay will be paid at the end of internship period ( Through Full and Final Settlement)

Cumulative variable pay will have a potential upside of 150% based on performance during internship period.
