Welcome to SRAJAN WELFARE SOCIETY! Hello friends, it’s an immense pleasure to inform you all that we are come up with a great internship opportunity as Management Trainee. This internship will give you an open platform for showcasing your talents and for learning new skills. We, SRAJAN WELFARE SOCIETY is a non-profit organization which mainly focuses on women empowerment by establishing schools and educational institutions particularly for women. We want to create a society in which women can live on equal terms, with equal roles and responsibilities.

JOB TITLE Management Trainee Internship

WHO CAN APPLY Only those candidates can apply who:

•is pursuing degree/post-graduation in any management courses like BBA, MBA etc. (Only Female Candidates)

•are available for the Work-From-Home unpaid internship

•are available for duration of 2 months

SKILLS REQUIRED

The candidates should have:

•good communication skill, both written and verbal

•leadership skill

•responsibility to their own tasks

•initiative skill

•other management skills

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The selected interns should have to work in both marketing and HR areas alternately in which complete training will be provided to them. The day-to-day responsibilities includes: •Developing strategies and creating their own materials for marketing like PPT, content writing, blogs etc.

•Interacting with audiences

•Promotion through various social media platforms

•Recruitment, hiring and taking interviews

•Research and development in various fields
