Position: Business Analyst

Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Gather business and functional requirements.
- Analyze requirements and translate the requirements into a functional solution.
- Create Business Requirement document.
- Work closely with clients, solution architects and developers.
- Be involved with all phases of development (analysis, design,coding, testing, Deployment).
- Travel to work at client sites.
- Understand client domain thoroughly.
Desired Profile of the Candidate:
- Preferred only Male candidates
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (CS /IT)
- Minimum of 1+ years' experience in the role of a Business Analyst.
- Should be proactive.
- Exceptional listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Understanding of systems engineering concepts.
- Ability to translate functionalities to charts in the form basic flow diagrams, swim-lane diagrams etc.
- Experience in working with prototyping tools like Axure Pro, Pencil would be preferred.
