Management Trainee Jobs - Delhi - A Reputed client of Sprint Placement

Detailed Responsibilities: 

Cultivate a network of strategic co-investors globally, by collaborating with international angel networks to participate in early-stage investments 

Conduct secondary research on various industries and evaluate competitive landscape for prospective opportunities

Be involved in early stage investments in India, including confirmatory qualitative and quantitative due diligence of start ups, preparation of valuation models, negotiation of term sheets and documentation, liaising with co-investors, leading the closing process with entrepreneurs and third-party service providers to ensure companies meet all regulatory requirements for receiving foreign investment  Add value to existing portfolio companies in India, including strategic advisory support on operations, introductions to mentors, investors, and potential partners, and actively partnering to help companies raise subsequent rounds of funding and/or position themselves for acquisition

Manage the digital social media of the company and write blogs on the start-up ecosystem in the country 

Help support pipeline development, sourcing of early stage companies in India

Skills Required 

• Passionate about the India growth story and the start-up ecosystem in the country
  
• Strong critical thinking and analytic research skills. 
  
• Strong written and oral communication skills. 
  
• Flexibility and a desire to be part of a young, hard-working team! 
  
• Self-directed and independently motivated to design and execute on deliverables and manage investment closing timelines 
  
• Curiosity and comfort in teaching yourself about varied industries; resourcefulness to develop and maintain awareness of market comparables, transactions, and trends, particularly where data may not be readily available.
