Job Description
- Attend client briefings in order to understand the sector and the position being recruited.
- Prepare preliminary search documents under supervision.
- Will be responsible for research, creating visibility, making cold calls and generating suitable candidates.
- Should be able to conduct her/his own research.
- Work with the team leader to define the pitch for candidates & candidate development.
- Will be responsible for preliminary candidate assessment and report drafting.
- Assist in conducting reference checks.
- Interact and work closely with the Team Leader on all aspects throughout the search process.
- Engage with the client on logistics.
- Will work in a target driven environment.
- Post Graduate degree, preferably in Social Work/Social Sciences/Human Resource Management/Business Management.
- Experience: 0 – 2 years.
- Should be active on social networking sites like facebook, LinkedIn, e-groups, twitter etc.
- Ability to manage tasks independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- A high level of integrity and commitment to quality.
- A keen learner with an eye for detail.
- Excellent written communications skills.
- Hard working and committed
