Job Description
Compensation:
- Salary Rs 10.5K - fixed. Rs 3 K - variable. Rs 13.5 K + Rs1500 Mobile and data expenses
- The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations and is directly responsible for achieving sales goals through exceptional customer service, sales growth and cost control.
Specifically, the Manager is expected to do:
- Booking management & Customer satisfaction
- Manage and control expenses
- Lead, manage, monitor & develop the team
- Complete required administrative tasks
- Social media engagement
- Ability to work 6 days on flexible schedule, including weekends. Occasional overtime may be required.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Good time management skills, good judgment, and the ability to multi-task.
- Strong leadership qualities, motivated and respected; with a demonstrated ability to supervise and coach.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with subordinates, peers, vendors, supervisors and clients.
- Computer knowledge and fluency in English and Hindi
- Only BBA, BBM, BCOM graduates
