Job Description: 

• Manage daily back end business operations of the branch
• Manage multiple processes in Booking management
• Virtual Research Assistant, Social Media Marketing/Management, Virtual Admin Assistant, E-commerce processing, Market Research/Intelligence, Email and Chat support (All these projects are non-technical and non-IT)
  
• May perform repetitive business procedures according to specific instructions
  
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Organize and participate in business development activities across the city
  
• Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends
  
• Organize events at corporate houses and generate leads for business
  
• Identify new markets and business opportunities
  
• Converting prospective leads into customers, understanding customer requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction
  
• Manage and control expenses
  
• Perform market study and recommend new avenues for growth and sales.
  
• Manage Operations and understand daily problems and recommend solutions to the operational issues.
