- Should be working closely with the managers to ensure the deliverables as per the standards and customer expectations
- Involved in Data collation, validation and presentation
- Handling and interaction with customers through mails / calls
- Scheduling, monitoring, tracking, delivering and invoicing files as per the TAT
- Maintain & update trackers, Follow-up, monitor & deliver day’s schedule
- Engineering graduates or postgraduates from MBA (Operations / Production) want to pursue their career in the management role
- Excellent communication (written / oral) and interpersonal skills are essential
- Good knowledge in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook) is highly preferred
- Should be a self-starter, quick learner, go-getter, proactive and should have the ability to learn and perform in a fast paced environment
