- Role - Management Trainee
- Qualification – Fresh Graduate from any faculty OR MBA fresher
- Number of Vacancies – 30
- Locations – Ahmedabad, Bhiwandi (Mumbai), Wagholi (Pune), Aurangabad, Nagpur, Indore, Bhopal, Ludhiana, Zirakpur (Punjab)
- Mess facility available in Wagholi, Ahmedabad, Bhiwandi, Indore, and Bhopal as of now.
- We are taking new mess at other locations as well.
- Process of Selection –
- Written Test and submit the application form
- Group Discussion
- Personal interview
- Offer release for selected candidate. The candidate will work with us as Management Trainee for one year and if we found the performance satisfactory, then we promote him at Supervisor level for specific Branch.
- Joining and Induction process –
- During the interview we will explain the candidates about work location. Will complete the joining and induction process in our corporate office in Pune for minimum 2 days. During Induction we will explain about our company profile, standard operating procedure for every department i.e. Operations i.e. transportation service, Warehousing services, Customer Service, Sales etc. and Human Resource policies and procedures.
- On 3rd day the candidates will move to their respective locations and will report to concerned Branch Manager for on the job training.
- Every month we will have a review with the management trainee about their understanding of business and daily activities.
