About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Completing all the assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations
2. Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities
3. Observing and learning from experienced staff members
4. Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes
5. Taking detailed notes and liaising with managers, supervisors, and other senior staff
6. Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship
7. Preparing documents and updating records
8. Learning about conflict resolution and sitting in on disciplinary hearings
9. Traveling to different offices and participating in daily operations as required

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 1st Mar'21 and 5th Apr'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 1 to 3 Lac/annum
