About the internship
We are seeking an eager, motivated management trainee to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be given the unique opportunity to gain knowledge and experience under the direction of experienced personnel. The ideal candidate will be open to learning new things, not afraid to take chances, and interested in learning every aspect of running this company.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations
2. Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities
3. Meeting performance (SMART) goals and objectives set by upper management
4. Observing and learning from experienced staff members about methods, procedures, and standards
5. Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes
6. Taking detailed notes and liaising with managers, supervisors, and other senior staff
7. Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship
8. Analyzing data with the help of different techniques like SWOT, PESTLE, Ansoff, etc.

1. Master's degree in finance
2. Experience in a management role or similar
