REPORTING TO : Manager – Projects
LOCATION : Noida
Job Purpose
To support the project coordination
Job Description
§ Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules & ensure project deadlines are met
§ Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
§ Vendor development for the project tasks
§ Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
§ Communicate with clients, vendors and team members, and answering questions from customers.
§ Assist project managers teams to organize projects with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget
Competencies / Educational Qualification
§ Interpersonal skills to handle pressure, complete the assigned task within stipulated time limit.
§ Communication skills.
§ Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Bachelor degree in business or related field of study
Experience required (0-1 years)
