JD / Roles & Responsibilities

SALES
Driving Sales Activity .Monitor and assess the effectiveness of Sales & Service process.
Monitor Sales and Marketing activation of competing companies in the same trading area and handling sales promotion activities.
Handling Sales, Revenues, Profit and Cost Management for Fuel & Oil business
Fixing Monthly / Weekly / Daily targets and monitor achievements.

FUEL STATION MANAGEMENT

Effective Coordination with internal & external customers and govt. bodies.
Sales & Stock Reconciliation
Ensure cleanliness and dryness Product fill pipes, Dip manholes / Sumps. To check for any dirt / muck / oil spillage or marks in and around tank farm and offloading area.
Undertake “Walk-around” in the station premises and check for adherence to SOPs in forecourt, housekeeping in Tyre Fitment section, Lube Service Bays, Super Market, Coffee Shop area, Toilets, Store room, Electrical and IT room, DG room & Air-Compressor.
Conducting regular audits of fuel station within the area; following up on the audits with corrective action wherever required.
Fire Fighting Readiness & Emergency Situation Handling.
Forecourt & Traffic Management
Ensure regular updating of / Stock / Density Records
To ensure that all critical and relevant communication reach the level of Fuel Forecourt Supervisors, Pump Attendants, Cashiers, and Traffic Attendants etc.
