Ocean Agro India Limited, one of the oldest and most respected Agriculture Input Manufacturing Company is seeking a highly skilled Management Trainee.

Primary duties include, but not limited to, the following:

• Maintain and compile the reports/data in excel, do a cost analysis, competitor data analysis, Market research analysis, growth strategy, SWOT Analysis and other data interpretation.
  
• Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of organizations business process and organizational planning.
  
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function and by coordinating and communicating between various departments.
  
• Undertake various administrative duties as assigned.
  
• Proper Documentation and File Management.
  
• To gather information related to subject matter, departments, compliances etc. that will be required to develop standardized policies and procedures. 
  
• Assist the marketing coordinators in generating and compiling various field reports.
  
• Coordinate in the overall reporting systems of the field staff.
  
• Professionally design high-quality procedural documents, formats that are clear, concise and accurate as per the requirements of the management.
  
• Utilize creative thinking to suggest process streamlining or improvements
  
• Track all changes and revisions to all procedural documents 
  
• Create, edit, and maintain procedural documentation including but not limited to department policies and procedures (SOPs), technical documentation for current and future applications i.e., Product reference manuals, Crops manuals etc
  

Job Requirements

• Exceptionally effective oral and written communication skills in English.
  
• Thorough knowledge of grammatical rules and content; including the meaning and spelling of words and grammar.
  
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated skills in critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Highly proficient in time management, planning and prioritization; ability to manage changing priorities.
  
• Self-motivated, Self-Learning attitude, enthusiastic, with strong interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  
• Experience:0-3 Years

Required Computer and Software Competencies

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially in MS-Excel)
  

Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration/Management/HR or other related disciplines.
  
• A Master’s Degree in similar fields will be an added advantage
