Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on completing the change management assessments
2. Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics
3. Identify and manage anticipated resistance
4. Develop a detailed change management framework
5. Develop a change implementation plan
6. Work closely with teams to ensure that the needs of the business are well represented and reflected in program/project implementation plans
7. Prepare the business for new ways of working
8. Work with senior stakeholders to agree on their role in leading the change
9. Engage with program/project teams to articulate future ways of working
10. Assess the gap between current and future ways of working
11. Work with the project team to develop engagement activities/interventions/communications to enable the business to unfreeze the current ways of working and adopt new ways of working

3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
1. Must have excellent communication skills
2. Must have advanced MS Excel skills (functions like VLOOKUP, index-match, pivot, SUMIFS, SUMPRODUCT, etc.) with the knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint
3. Must have the ability to apply a structured change methodology with appropriate tools and processes to support the adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
4. Must have a B.Tech or an MBA degree
