Roles and Responsibilities:
The incumbent must maintain confidentiality, use sound judgement and perform independently while performing the duties. The incumbent must also demonstrate the following personal attributes-
- Fundraising from Individuals, SMEs and high net worth Individuals.
- Acquisition approach for new donors.
- Get trained as per the Fundraising system for top International development organization, with offices across the world.
- Share correct work information with the donors.
- Get trained by India’s best fundraisers to develop a high growth career in fund raising.
- Communicate accurately the vision, mission and activities of the organization.
- Convert Potential donors to Donors and subsequently handle donor queries
- To ensure donor servicing is of desired standards
- Perform duties assigned by the manager.
- Must be a graduate from any recognized university.
- Must be having 0-6 months working experience. Fresher may also apply.
- Result Oriented and growth driven.
- Efficient team leader with ability to work in Synergy.
- Accountable for high performance results.
- Ethical and transparent in conduct with a pleasing personality.
- Ambitious for growth with excellent communications skills.
- Understanding of Development Sector
