JOB DESCRIPTION:
The MANAGEMENT TRAINEES will go through a holistic earn-while-you-earn training module, and become a BUSINESS HEAD, as follows:
LEVEL 1:- MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
Marketing/Sales/Advertising/Promotions
LEVEL 2:- TRAINER
Training & Development of Management Trainees (HRM)
LEVEL3:- CREW LEADER
Team Building & Business Operations
LEVEL 4:- ASSISTANT MANAGER
Financial & Strategy Management
BRANCH MANAGER- Managing all the above functions.
***IT IS MANDATORY TO GO THROUGH ALL THE ABOVE LEVELS DURING THE TRAINING**

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Graduate /Post Graduate /Diploma
Freshers or experienced (0-1 years)
Age (20 - 28 years)
REMUNERATION
INR 15,000-40,000 per month (DURING THE TRAINING)
