General Manager (Finance) - 01 Post (SC)

Qualifications: Member of ICAI/ICWAI Experience: Candidates should have experience in Finance & Accounts department in senior level in handling Finance and Accounts independently with exposure to contracts, commercial tenders, foreign exchange transactions, International Finance, Corporate Financial Planning, Corporate Taxation, Financial Accounting, Budgeting, monitoring of operational expenses, cash management and Corporate Laws is required. Should have 2 years Experience in the immediate lower scale of pay in case of PSUs/in equivalent immediate lower scale of pay in case of Government/Autonomous bodies OR For others, minimum 15 years post qualification experience in responsible position.

Scale of Pay: Rs.1,00,000 – 2,60,000/

Age: Upto 52 Years

Dy General Manager (Finance) - 01(OBC)

Qualifications: Candidates should have experience in the Finance & Accounts department and should be well conversant in all aspects of accounting and finance, Corporate Accounts, Revenue, Internal Audit, Budget, Taxation, Working Capital Management, Capital Expenditure, Resource mobilisation, PF, Gratuity, Repair, Maintenance, Operational Accounts, Salaries, etc. Should have 2 years Experience in the immediate lower scale of pay in case of PSUs/ in equivalent immediate lower scale of pay in case of Government/ Autonomous bodies. OR For others, should have 10 years Post Qualification Experience in a responsible position.

Scale of Pay: Rs.80,000 – 2,20,000

Asst. Manager (Finance)- 02 Posts (UR & OBC)

Qualifications: CA/ ICWAI. Experience: Candidates should have experience in Finance & Accounts dept. Should have 2 years Experience in the immediate lower scale of pay in case of PSUs/ in equivalent immediate lower scale of pay in case of Government/ Autonomous bodies. OR For others, should have 2 years post qualification experience.

Scale of Pay: Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/

Surveyors – 08 Posts (UR-03, OBC – 03, SC-01, ST-01)(Posts may vary)

Qualifications: Diploma in Civil Engineering OR Diploma in Survey Engineering OR its equivalent OR Survey Recorder (I/II) of Indian Navy. Experience: 3 years experience in handling and maintaining all types of survey instruments/ equipments. Must be capable of conducting all types of Surveys independently.

Qualifications: Fulltime B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or MTech(Dredging and Harbour Engineering) with minimum 60% marks from a recognised University

Qualifications: Full time B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical/ Mech.Marine/ Electronics & Instrumentation with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University.

Materials/03 Post

Qualifications: Full time B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Production Engineering/ Mech Marine/ with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University.

Marketing/01 Post

Qualifications: 1st Class BE/B.Tech (Civil Engineering) OR M.Tech (Dredging & Harbour Engineering) from a recognised university.

HR/05 Post

Qualifications: Fulltime PG Degree OR PG Diploma in HR/Personnel Management/ IR with minimum 60% marks from a recognised University.

Finance/04 Post

Qualifications: CA/ ICWAI

Age: Upto 30 Years

Stipend : Selected candidates will be paid consolidated stipend of Rs.30,000/- p.m for a period of One year (Training period). On successful completion of Training, regularization will be in E1 grade in the scale of pay of Rs.40,000 – 1,40,000/- at the initial basic of Rs.40,000/- with probation period for one year.

Selection process : for MTs (Tech/Materials/Ops/Mktg): Selection will be based on Written Test, GATE score and Interview. Candidates having GATE irrespective of year of appearance may apply for the posts of Management Trainees for the above disciplines.

For Finance/HR: Selection will be based on Written Test, Group Discussion and Interview.
