Job Description

Title: Manager-Admin & HR

Perk: Direct Reporting to CEO, Branch Manager

 

Responsibilities:

1.       Maintaining effective office administration for better coordination in the office premises.

2.       Coordinating with admin staff.

3.       Coordinating between different departments within the company.

4.       Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to execution of operational activities.

5.       Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and documentation.

6.       Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures; assist in implementation of the same.

7.       Will be responsible for the partnership with Contract partners.

8.       Handling all the activities of housekeeping, security and other office maintenance etc.

9.       Segregating duties and allocating them to the respective for its timely completion based on priorities.

10.   Assisting other management persons in daily office activities.

11.   Conduct periodic review / feedback meetings to resolve all conflicts.

 

Requirements:

Mandatory

ü  B.Tech / B.E. / MBA - Any Specialization

ü  Excellent communication and people skills.

ü  Should have 5 to 7 years’ experience in handling office administration, procurement, recruitments etc.

ü  Specialization in handling back office operations, inter-office correspondence, quotations, monthly billing, Payments, cheques etc.,

ü  Ability to prioritize work effectively.

ü  Negotiation Skill.

ü  A good listener and speaker.

ü  Should be self-driven, self-motivated and should possess excellent core personality skills.

ü  Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

 

Additional

o   Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & 27001:2013 certification, documentation and implementation.

o   3+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource, Labour Relations and Employee Relations roles is plus.

o   3+ years of experience in working with IT service company will be added advantage.
