Eligibility Criterion: A. Educational Qualification : Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering form a Govt. recognized University / Institute.
Desirable: Masters Degree in Civil.
B. Work Experience : (i) Work experience of not less than 30 years working in Central Govt. and GNCT of Delhi. (ii) Experience in valuation of property. (iii) Experience in Liaison with various Govt. Department for Land transfer cases.
Desirable : Preference will be given to candidates having experience of Land acquisition.
Screening process: The screening methodology will comprise of Personal Interview.
The screening process would judge different facets of knowledge, skills, experience, expertise, aptitude and physical ability. The candidates will be shortlisted for interview, based on their eligibility / relevant work experience, in the ratio of 1:5, subject to availability of candidates.
