Qualification: Professional / Technical Qualification in Mines Survey and Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency for U/R (Underground Mines) 03 years experience.
Pay Scale : Rs. 8600-14600
Assistant Manager (P&A) /02 (1-OBC, 1-UR)
Qualification: MBA (HR) or equivalent + B. Tech. or equivalent .01 year experience.
MBA (HR) or Equivalent in Law, HR, or Ph. D in Specified related subject. 03 years experience.
Pay Scale : Rs.6550-11350
Assistant Manager (Commercial/Marketing) /02 (1-UR, 1-OBC)
Qualification: B. Tech. or equivalent + MBA (Operations/Marketing) or equivalent.01 year experience.
B. Tech. or equivalent OR MBA (Operations/Marketing) or equivalent. 03 years experience.
Pay Scale: Rs. 6550-11350
Junior Manager Technical (Chemical/Mechanical/Civil/Ele ctrical /IT) /05 (4-UR, 1-OBC)
Qualification: B. Tech. (in the respective stream of engineering) or equivalent. 01 year experience.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5600-8600
Age: Manager & Asst. Manager-40 years, Junior Manager - 35 years.
Application Fee: General candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 250/- for Manager, Rs. 200/- for Assistant Manager and Rs. 150/- for the post of Junior Manager. Whereas candidates from OBC category are required to pay application fee of Rs. 250/- for the posts of General Manager and Additional General Manager, Rs. 150/- for the post of Manager and Rs. 100/- for the post of Assistant Manager and Rs. 50/- for Junior Manager posts.
