Job Description / Responsibilities:- 

The role is an exciting mix of Audit and Income Tax. The candidate shall be responsible for Providing solutions to Client’s Income Tax and Audit issues.  You are likely to be involved with all stages of an audit, including planning, execution and completion, training and supervising entry-level team members. Responsibilities includes:

·         Preparing financial statements and, where appropriate, suitable disclosures

• Preparation of Tax Audit Reports
• Filing of Income Tax Returns

·         Supporting seniors  in audit scheduling & planning and for various initiatives

·         Execution of assignment as per the audit plan / programme

·         Reporting/Escalating major issues/developments to higher levels

·         Interaction and Coordination with the clients

·         Preparation & maintenance of various office records

·         Assessment of Quality of work performed by subordinates

·         Providing advice on Direct Tax laws and regulations.

·         Handling Income Tax assessment & authorities

Desired Candidate Profile:

·         A candidate shall be a B. Com Graduate with 3 to 5 years experience or working with CA  Or

·         CA inter with post article ship experience of 2 years

·         must be comfortable with the client-facing role

·         Should have knowledge of Income Tax Act

·         Should have client facing ability 

·         Experience of Income Tax Assessment and Scrutiny.

·         Experience of TDS proceedings.

·         Good IT skills i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
