Manager - Black Belt

Minimum qualifications:
- Graduate, preferably - MBA or an Engineering background or disciplines with Analytical / Statistics/ Digital
- Meaningful experience with relevant function in growing organizations
- Prior experience in having led projects – Digital, LSS, Domain led, consulting, analytics, preferred
Preferred qualifications :
- Experience in large-scale software or IT or Digital deployments across an organization, not just for 1 or 2 clients
- Experience of working closely with product owners and users to effectively act as a 'bridge' between the two groups
- Change management and Program management with clear expertise in driving impactful governance esp at CXO level
- Ability to analyze and visualize data to coax out the right insights and present them to meaningful partners via effective communication
- Ability to continuously evolve the roadmap of various tools or a set of related tools and think of better and innovative ways for users to access and use these tools, e.g. via a single interface, or a mobile app, or a unified ecosystem, or automatic role-based access, etc.
- Background in either tech/digital consulting/execution is a must
- Ability to facilitate workshops with users and to identify barriers and jointly define solutions
- LSS background/BB experience not a must-have
