AAVEC Innovate Private Limited is looking for a Manager- Business Development with a proven track record in the staffing Industry. He/she should have a good network and a full understanding of the Business Development industry.

1 to 10 years of Business Development / Sales experience in the staffing industry is a must.

Position: Manger- Business Development

Responsibilities:

• A highly energetic self-starter and strong ability to work independently.

• Identifying and Onboarding potential clients.

• Should be a smart communicator and is able to generate new business and manage existing client

• The position involves heavy engagement with clients and internal stakeholders.

• The role requires interaction with key decision-makers i.e. CXO and CHRO, hence previous experience with a similar domain is preferred.

• Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients and their HR teams

• Coordinate with client for timely feedback including making repeated visits to the client

Responsibilities And Duties:

•         Identifying & Generating Prospects of New clients.

•         F2F / Online meetings with clients

•         Making cold calls

•         Lead generation

•         Developing Strong client pipeline

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

UG: Any Graduate in Any Specialization

PG: MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization

Salary:

Commission // Revenue Basis Only
