Job Description
Business Planning, Analysis & Development :
- Analysis of margin for products based on which pricing of various products can be decided.
- Profitability analysis of all products on monthly basis.
- Cost analysis of products on daily basis & compare the same with standard.
- Implemented the process which can provide costing of products at various stages.
- Implementation of ERP software which can be helpful the organization in system driven work.
- Implementation of various policies & procedures to set the internal control & develop the business process.
- Routine verification of accounts as a part of ledger scrutiny.
- Finalisation of accounts for statutory audit.
- Part of the process to conduct the external rating procedure of the company through external rating agency.
- Preparation of CMA data & dealing with bankers for loan proposal.
- Preparation of stock statement on monthly basis to submit the same in bank for CC limit compliance.
- Preparation of statement for submission in bank on quarterly basis (QIS) as a part of CC limit compliance.
- Approve the bills/vouchers before making the payment as a part of Internal Audit & Control.
- Supervise the audit and verification process of Stock at manufacturing plant in regular time lag & tally the same with accounts.
- Supervise the work compliances of TDS & GST & approve the same before submission.
- Supervise income tax assessment procedure.
