JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage staffs, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
- Job profile includes visiting banks, CA, and managing administrative activities.
- Responsible for managing operations.
- Monitor and Manage site employees to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services through emails & calls.
- Managing office supplies.
- Recruitment of Manpower.
- Preparing letters- offer, appointment, confirmation letter etc.
- Should possess excellent communication skills
- Proper documentation
- Taking care of office day to day activities
- Communication with the MD regularly and scheduling his appointments
- Assisting MD in new Business Opportunities.
- Additional duties as assigned or deemed necessary for effective business operations
- Filing tenders, BOQ with the assistance of consultants.
- Maintaining employees database and keeping a track of their DPR
- Preparing and releasing salary of employees
- Evaluating performance of employees through performance appraisal.
