HR Manager
Recruitment and Selection
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment Strategy and Identifying new Sources of Recruitment.
- Take Interviews and Select the Right Candidate.
- Salary Discussion with the Selected Candidates.
- Process all recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner.
- Managing Induction program for new Joinees.
- Identify key skills, specialty skills and propose training needs accordingly.
- Handling Payroll Activities and Coordinating with Accounts Department for Salary Disbursement
- To detect and handle complaints, disputes and grievances of all Employees.
- To foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communication
- To conduct exit and grievance interviews with Employees
- To review the rules and regulations on a regular basis and Ensure that every Employee is following it.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Convincing Skills
- Public Speaking
- Basic Knowledge of MS-Office.
- Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of Experience as an HR.
