Job Description
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, and interviewing; Counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Should look after from Employee attendance to Salary sheet preparation.
- Capable of interacting with the outside agencies for TOT / TOA Coordination
- Should have a good interaction with all the internal team members.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Maintaining and Handling the Petty Cash.
