Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Taking complete ownership of our talent acquisition and recruitment requirements
- Uploading the JDs and posting the openings on all relevant platforms
- Screening incoming applications
- Calling potential candidates and screening them
- Maintaining a record of all hiring activities
- Scheduling final interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Assisting in the paperwork of new joinees
- This is an action-packed internship with an opportunity to understand the dynamics of a rapidly growing start-up (how to manage evolving priorities and how to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment).
- The intern will also learn how to become a super efficient HR recruiter with an on-the-job experience.
