RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to support the development of internal and market-facing creative assets
- Establish workflow and project management best practices to drive the trafficking of design projects across multiple stakeholders and internal teams
- Review new job requests to ensure information is complete and assign to appropriate creative team member
- Coordinate reviews and edits of marketing materials between internal client and designers
- Create or assist in the creation of project plans and schedules as needed
- Be proactive in meeting all deadlines, ensuring deliverables are reviewed, approved and released on time;
- Coordinate with project members to effectively communicate and meet date expectations
- Collaborate with the team to ensure deadlines are met and all issues are effectively resolved
- Assist in the quality control process to ensure marketing materials are produced according to guidelines, specifications and that appropriate requested edits are made
- Take appropriate action if a deadline is not being met
- Attend and participate in regular project meetings
- Gain a full understanding of project requirements to articulate accurate scope of work.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking and completing jobs quickly
- Be comfortable and adaptable to using various digital communication tools (task management systems, cloud storage, chat, etc.) to collaborate with teams across offices
- Leverage the marketing team’s project management and digital asset management tools to drive efficiency, quality and internal customer satisfaction
- Produce executive reporting (through the project management tool) as to team capacity, resource utilization and other metrics.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of design and creative project management experience in a business setting, preferably with agency experience
- Strong customer service and team management skills
- Superior project management skills, with the ability to influence peers to achieve great work
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Highly detail oriented with strong skills in logistics and processes
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities and changes with professionalism
- Ability to work in a high volume, high pressure, deadline-oriented environment
- Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Functional knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office is required
