Manager - Import Operations Jobs in Pune - For a client of TeamLease Services Ltd
Job Description
A) Import related:
- Sea and Air consignment clearing from JNPT and other ports.
- CHA coordination for documents submission, obtaining Bill of Entry (B/E)
- Checking of CHA Bills and forward for processing.
- Container de-stuffing and delivery.
- The entry of B/E in SAP
- Any other customs requirements, compliances, returns…
- define the classification of imports.
- Availing benefits under various notifications / FTA benefits
- Close coordination with Plants for container dispatches to plants.
- Steel import registration
B) Export related:
- Coordinating exports where reimport is involved. Basically for exports for job work, R&D related and KTM related.
- Support for MEIS Licence utilization and sale.
C) Administration:
- General administrative work
- Work-related to senior management
The person should be handling 100+ containers per month of imports
Should have managed imports in one city while being based out of another city
