Job Role in brief
- Manage day to day office / business communications, correspondances, real estate property documentations (organising, scanning, filing, tracking, safe custody of documents, etc), maintaining tracking and other front desk registers.
- Perform data maintenance and entry tasks.
- Manage office support staff and day to day office needs etc.
- Ability to develop skills on the job.
- speaking to clients, getting their requirements and fixing the viewings for the property. getting their feedback once the viewing is done.
- updating the data base with new clients and properties
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Mandatory Linguistic skills : English (Read, Write, Speak) and Kannada
- Mandatory Qualification : Graduate
