Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for a group of LoBs
- Define, develop and drive strategy to meet recruiting demand which is aligned to organizational priorities, while ensuring that systematic, ethical and consistent hiring policies and practices are followed
- Primary focus on closing mandates & building pipeline through various sources for current and future requirements
- Partner with the business (hiring managers & skip levels) to set the expectations as per the pool availability in the market versus the requirement & share market insights
- Drive internal mobility
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience all through the hiring process
- Drive various strategic projects / programs for organization-wide impact
Skills Required :
- Excellent interpersonal skills & an ability to deal with senior stakeholders
- Ability to work in constraints as well as to challenge the status quo
- Should be comfortable with ambiguity; should display a knack for problem-solving
- Ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a complex set of stakeholders
- Self-driven & energetic
Educational Qualifications : MBA-HR from a premier institute
Work Experience : 3-5 years
