Job Description
Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras) invites application for the position Manager
Duration: Initially for a period of One year, extendable based on the performance.

Qualification:
A. Qualifications & Experience:
a. Bachelors required. Masters in Communicative English / Journalism / MBA desired. Total of 10 + years of experience; at least 6 years of experience of relevant experience.
b. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Skills:
a. Ability to write clear, structured, articulate, and persuasive proposals
b. Strong research skills. Ability to multitask and perform under deadlines and changing schedules
c. Ability to collaborate with others on proposals
Pay Range: Rs.10L-12L /-pa (based on the experience on the specific candidate)
Key Responsibilties:
a. Carry out in-depth research around the company inviting proposals to understand their context and key priorities.
b. Furnish prospective funders with supporting documents as required. Meet with internal stakeholders to determine research areas, funding needs and program planning
c. Develop proposal by assembling information including project nature, objectives/outcomes/deliverables, implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, standards of performance, and evaluation
d. Proactively ensure that all submissions and correspondences with the potential donor is completed on time. Track and monitor proposals, their deadlines, and requirements
Salary and Benefits: Rs. 10L -12L/-pa (Remuneration as per industry standards and based on the experience on the specific candidate) and other applicable benefits as per the norms of the Centre for Industrial Consultancy and Sponsored Research, IIT Madras.
