- Good hands on Knowledge in ITSM DEV
- Deduplication fixes and conflict resolution, Configuring and Reconfiguring Discovery as and when needed, Understanding of CMDB and CI.,
- Knowledge of ITIL will be added advantage as this will be used to define the asset lifecycle.
- Should be able to handle Project Mgmt activities
- Should be able to handle the customer based on project demands.
- To ensure project deliverables timelines are met.
