* A good Team player having a successful track record of sales in Real estate or any other industry.
* Managing the sales operations and administration of team.
* Well versed in interacting with Clients for suggesting the most viable Product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat  business
* Develop and implement the Marketing Strategy , Establish and Manage new Channel Partners , Alliances 
* Maximize revenue generation and lead closures  
* Making Presentations and pitches to the corporate and HNI Clients.
* Managing the sales operations and administration of team.
* Skilled in forecasting sales targets and executing them in a given time frame thereby enhancing existing clientele .
* Adapt at exploring business potential opportunities as well as clientele to secure profitable business volumes . 
* Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails
* Good communication skills with pleasant personality
* own Conveyance is must.
