Manager - Patent Research/Drafting Jobs in Delhi - PatentManiac

·         Responsible for managing the research and delivery of critical information and knowledge affecting research, development and business performance of our clients.

·         Conduct comprehensive searches of technical and patent information using online database and other information resources.

·         Provide insightful evaluation and analysis of results.

·         Deliver timely, value-added patent search reports.

·         Analyze and summarize search results.

·         Conducting Prior Art searches on paid and free literature databases.

·         Creating initial understanding of the invention, creating search strategies, executing search strategies.

·         Extracting and evaluating search results, culling, report formation, mapping and result evaluation, rejection summary and charts

·         Create, update & maintain the required reports with the correct information & naming convention.

·         Perform Quality Check on Final Deliverable Report.

·         Candidate should have  5 years of experience in handling patent application drafting assignments for US/ EP/ PCT based client.

·         Candidate should have to draft 100+ patent applications.

·         Drafting Provisional/ Non-provisional Patent Applications based on technical disclosure provided by the clients.

·         Drafting OA responses based on rejections received from the PTO.

·         Provide insightful evaluation and analysis of the drafts.

·         Deliver timely, value-added patent drafting assignments.

·         Perform Quality Check on Final Deliverable Report.
