- Collaborate with client services team on reporting needs and process improvements.
- Provide data-driven recommendations that align with client services team.
- Project Planning & Team Co-ordination.
- Auditing for all Access , Design , Associate, Parallel , Transfer phases document.
- Validate process Training plan, Training assessment, FMEA, Process Flows, SOP, SLA, KPI and other necessary documents for process compliance perspective.
- Self-confident & Optimistic.
- Excellent at Communication & Team Work.
- Good at Management Skills.
- Have ability to work with Dedication, Speed & Accuracy
