Job Description :
1. Responsible for end to end recruitment
2. Sourcing candidates through internal references, database, job portals, social media etc.
3. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs
4. Schedule interviews for candidates within a stipulated time & conduct Walkin interviews
5. Maintaining vacancy tracker, dashboard & MIS reports
6. Follow-up with offered candidates till onboarding
7. Co-ordinate with hiring managers for the conducting the interview
Required Candidate profile :
1. Open to travel for recruitment drives
2. Candidate should have experience of Field Recruitment
3. Bulk Hiring / Mass hiring
4. Male candidate only
