Roles and Responsibilities

• Formulate an overall Sales strategy for the residential business in order to create the brand value.
• Manage and drive the Sales, Liaise with team to achieve the collections targets
• Responsibility of sales targets, annual marketing plan, strategy and team
• Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/ materials
• Build, manage and coach marketing team to achieve given sales target
• Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads
• Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of competitors data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports
• Manage marketing budget and expenditures
• Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels
• Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter-strategies
• Driving the implementation of online marketing activities including Social Media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, leads generation, etc
• Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
• Ensure that all Sales MIS reports - Discuss the unique / distinguishing features of the projects and the estimated rates for sales

Desired Candidate Profile

• Should be graduate, presentable, possess strong negotiation & leadership skills & must be fluent in English, Gujarati & Hindi
• More than 15 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry of which minimum 5 years of experience should be in the Residential Sale
• Should be able to manage a team of 1 to 5 people
• Work closely with the senior management
• Should be adaptable, strong network builder & team player
• Should have worked on the similar position for at least 5 years.
