Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the operating and practice teams to determine the projects best suited to be tackled in an agile development framework which can have near term impact
- Lead projects from from process diagnostic and initial opportunity assessment all the way to planning and strategy development through implementation of the tools
- Be a visionary for operations and help them drive meaningful impact and long term benefits through development and operationalization of the tools
Qualifications Minimum qualifications:
- B. Tech/ MCA with relevant experience
- Solution design, IT domain development & consulting experience; process consulting experience preferred over business / strategy consulting
- proven track record of delivering technology projects in operations
- At least one full lifecycle implementation experience of digital platforms
- Demonstrable client / stakeholder management and project management skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with F&A or Banking or Insurance
- Global exposure
- Experience in C# of SAP (ABAP)
- Competence in handling Change Management
- Demonstrated competency in navigating through structured as well as unstructured client business settings
- Judgement, personal effectiveness, team handling
