1. Sr. Manager
(Mech.)
No. of Post : 01
Qualification : BE/ B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from recognized University or Institute approved by AICTE.
Experience : Should have 8 years of relevant post qualification experience in planning, design, erection, maintenance & operation of heavy earth moving equipment, crushers, screens, conveyors, pumps, light motor vehicles, mineral beneficiation plants etc.
Grade : E-4
Scale of Pay : Rs. 67,700/- to 2,08,700/-
Age Limit : Not above 40 years
2. Addl. General Manager (Elect)
No. of Post : 01
Qualification : BE/B. Tech. in Electrical Engineering from recognized University or Institute approved by AICTE.
Experience : i). Should have 17 years post qualification experience in Planning, Design, Erection, Maintenance and Operation of Electrical equipments. ii). Preference will be given to the person having experience in open cast & underground mining equipment with PLC Based control system & having Supervisory Certificate applicable to mines.
Grade : E-6
Scale of Pay : Rs. 1,23,100/- to 2,15,900/-
Age Limit : Not above 50 years.
3. Dy. General
Manager (Elect)

Qualification : BE/B. Tech. in Electrical Engineering from recognized University or Institute approved by AICTE.
Experience : i). Should have 12 years post qualification experience in Planning, Design, Erection, Maintenance and Operation of Electrical equipments. ii). Preference will be given to the person having experience in open cast & underground mining equipment with PLC Based control system & having Supervisory Certificate applicable to mines.
Grade : E-5
Scale of Pay : Rs. 78,800/- to 2,09,200/-
Age Limit : Not above 44 years.
4. Sr. Manager
(Elect)

Qualification : BE/B. Tech. in Electrical Engineering from recognized University or Institute approved by AICTE.
Experience : i)
Should have 8 years post qualification experience in Planning, Design,
Erection, Maintenance and Operation of Electrical equipments. ii). Preference

Experience : i). Should have 04 years post qualification experience in Planning, Design, Erection, Maintenance and Operation of Electrical equipments. ii). Preference will be given to the person having experience in open cast & underground mining equipment with PLC Based Control System & having Supervisory Certificate applicable to mines.

6. Dy. General
Manager (Security)

Qualification : Graduate in any discipline from any recognized University and should be an Ex-Serviceman not below the rank of Major of the Indian Army or its equivalent rank in Navy / Air force / Para Military Forces
Experience : (i) Major / Squadron Leader / Lt. Commander in Defence or equivalent from CISF / Paramilitary. (ii) Should have minimum 15 years of service in Defence / Para-Military Services. (iii) Should be medically fit. (iv) Candidate possessing qualification on various Security Courses from any Govt. approved institute OR having minimum 03 years Industrial experience in a Govt. Organization / PSUs will have added advantage.

Age Limit : Not above 44 years.
7. Sr. Manager
(Security)

Qualification : Graduate in any discipline from any recognized University and should be an Ex-Serviceman not below the rank of Captain of the Indian Army or its equivalent rank in Navy / Air force / Para Military Forces
Experience : (i) Captain / Flight Lieutenant / Lieutenant in Defence or equivalent from CISF / Paramilitary. (ii) Should have minimum 10 years of service in Defence / Para-Military Services (iii) Should be medically fit. (iv) Candidate possessing qualification on various Security Courses from any Govt. approved institute OR having minimum 02 years Industrial experience in a Govt. Organisation / PSUs will have added advantage.

Selection Methodology : Eligible candidates will be short-listed in the following manner;· Total Marks 100 (Base career-50, Higher Education -10, Experience -10, Personal Interview – 30) 02 (two) marks shall be given for every additional relevant higher qualification subject to maximum of 10 (ten) marks. 02 (two) marks shall be given for every year of additional relevant experience over and above the required experience subject to maximum of 10 (ten) marks.
