Job: Quality Analyst-Manual

Location: Bangalore

Roles/Responsibilities:

·         Analyzing business requirement to determine the test strategy covered by manual testing

·         Developing new test cases (part of In-sprint development)

·         Designing, Enhancing and Executing Test Cases of Sprints/regression

·         Attending Agile meetings (Daily scrum meeting/Sprint planning/Backlog refinement) on assigned projects

·         Handling changes and conducting Regression Testing

·         Co - coordinating Test team members and Development team to resolve the issues

·         Identify, Record, Document Thoroughly and Track Bugs

 Skill Set :

·         Well versed with SDLC, STLC and other Quality Assurance processes

·         Selecting or Identifying Areas / Test cases for Automation

·         Experience in testing Web and Client Server applications

·         Should be able to understand the requirement and create Detailed, Comprehensive and Well-structured Test Cases

·         Well versed with SDLC, STLC and other Quality Assurance processes

·         Should have knowledge of JIRA

·Experience with working in Agile methodology

Mandatory requirements:

·         Good problem-solving approach is required for better and optimized development.

·         Good Communication skills

·         Should be well versed in Manual Testing and should have experience with a Variety of Different Testing Techniques such as Ui Testing, Cross Browser, Internationalization testing, DB testing etc.
