• Managing and Maintaining office facility
• Managing different vendors related to office facility and co-ordinating to get the work done
o Responsible for Vendor management and appointing new vendors to ensure timely delivery
of service by the respective vendors
o Evaluating vendors on quarterly basis
• Attendance system: Managing the attendance system for all India employees. Working with the
accounts team in updating on the attendance of the employees
• Travel management:
o responsible for making travel arrangements, as per requirements and travel policy.
o Co-Ordinate for Visa amp; Immigration in case of international travels
o Co-ordinating for the claim settlements with the accounts department by checking the
claims vs the travel policy
• Internal Sales coordination:
o Generating quotes for the sales team based on the price request from the customers.
o Responsible for admin related work in Sales function like issuing tender specific
authorisation letters, preparing tender specific office documents (non-technical)
