Job Introduction:
- Research Support, HNI Customer Service
- Providing services to client.
- Learning, understanding and applying Technical Analysis.
- Bringing out maximum knowledge from training .i.e. Technical Training, Software
- Training, Respective Market Training Product Training etc.
- Client retention and renewals along with Client satisfaction.
- Proper sharing of knowledge.
- Proper utilization of resources.
- Providing complete research support and ticket solving.
- Client track sheet.
- Client P&L.
- Healthy relationships
- Regular reporting to mentors.
- Client’s trading improvisation strategies.
- Basic knowledge of market.
- Basic IT Knowledge, like MS office.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Flexibility.
- Adaptability.
- Coordination among team members and managers.
- Able to handle situation under market pressure.
- Cooperative.
- Trustworthy.
- Sincere.
- Self Management.
- Patience.
- Time management.
- CTC would be 2.28 LPA.
- Stipend of Rs. 8500 for the first month (during training period) & salary thereafter.
