- Research analysts initiate and conduct research on companies, monitor performance of stocks, and offer recommendations to investment advisers and investors about whether to buy or sell particular stocks.
- Many financial and equity research analysts develop expertise on particular types of stocks or business sectors.
- This job is focused heavily on research and analysis.
- Most research analysts are employed by brokerages or financial firms.
- The equity research analyst typically evaluates financial data for a sector, country or geographical zone and studies economic trends and developments in stock markets.
- He recommends investment ideas to a financial institution's proprietary traders, clients or portfolio managers.
- A stock research analyst also partners with risk managers and assistant traders to ensure that traders follow proper risk-management procedures when engaging in financial transactions.
- A research analyst start their day by attending various calls with firm's traders and brokers, before the markets open.
- They prepare detailed research reports and recommendations.

- Acquire extensive expertise in equity fundamentals & factors impacting price formation.
- To generate recommendations in Equity & Commodity Market.
- To maintain tracksheets chronologically.
- Systematic approch to discover buy & sell rate by taking into account statistics like Stock Price,Trading Volume,Trade Rates etc. with Technical Indicators and Patterns.
- Develop and write research reports like Daily Report,Track Sheet etc.
- To Handle Cash & Derivative Technical Research Desk.
- Ability to give profitable tips to clients in worst market condition.
- Financial modeling-Input data into proprietary financial models to create charts,dashboards and supporting material.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry happenings and current events.
- Conduct primary research from industry sources.
- Ability to give consistent performance in all segments.
- A Research analyst typically holds a master's degree in finance or investment analysis.
- The master's of business administration (MBA) degree in finance is a popular diploma among research analysts.
- Diploma/Certificate of Technical Analysis from an authorised Research Training Center/Institution or NISM Certified.
- Good communications skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Finance, Accounting, Economics or Statistics are preferred fields.
- Ability to communicate effectively and express complex ideas succinctly.
- Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure.Strong proficiency of MS Office.(Female candidates will preferred )

- Salary: 12,000.00 to 14,000.00 /month
