Job Description
As a Primary Research Analyst, you will be collecting data for studies by conducting interviews over the telephone and using CATI software. For this, you will target C-level executives, VPs, directors, and other senior management level industry experts Multiple industries (e.g. IT, retail, telecom, banking and financial services etc.) Different regions (primarily Europe, USA and the Asia Pacific) Doing list generation through secondary research to identify potential respondents (incl. company names and contact details) as per project requirements Maintaining expected call logs, trackers, status updates etc. Position requirements: Flexibility to work in rotational shifts to cover APAC, Europe and North America Ability to manage your time, breaks and productivity independently Self-drive and motivation to meet the project targets Ability to meet high standards of quality with adherence to the project guidelines Eligibility Excellent Communication Skills Flexible to work in different shift if required. Must be Graduate. Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook Proficiency using the web, private, and public database as a resource for finding information.
