A General Description

• Market Research Interns will assist in developing primary research and data visualization to better understand the key trends in the information (IT) industry.
  
• The research topics will include cloud computing, IT security, and IT workforce.
  
• In addition, the intern will work on research studies that support internal business planning.
  
• The tasks may vary depending on the projects being executed at any given time.

• Compile secondary data from sources such as the Bureau of Labor Statistics, IDC, Burning Glass Technologies and more.
  
• Program online surveys using CompTIA's web-based data collection applications.
  
• Process and analyse quantitative and qualitative data.
  
• Assist in the preparation of research reports, presentations, briefs, and other research deliverables.
